Since June 2015, the Institut Chiari & Siringomielia & Escoliosis de Barcelona counts on the experience of Dr Horia Salca Calín. He is the new member of the medical-surgical team of ICSEB, a neurosurgeon trained in all conventional techniques of neurosurgery and is accredited for the implementation of the Filum System ® Surgery method . On October 23 rd , the closing ceremony of the 3 rd edition of the course on " Diagnosis and treatment of the Filum Disease " was held in the Central Hall of the Filum Academy Barcelona ® . This is the only course approved at international level to qualify for the accreditation of the FILUM SYSTEM ® SANITARY method. For five days, the doctors had the first hand opportunity to go through the twelve protocols that comprise this method in an intensive form, alternating theoretical training with several case studies.
